Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
Yes there are. First time customers are eligible for a 1 month free trial wherein they can make an unlimited number of phone calls, video calls, and web-chats with our therapists and psychologists.
Do you have a customer referral program?
Yes we do. Each user can refer up to 1 customer and get 1 free session(video call, web-chat, or phone call) with a therapist. If you have an unlimited plan this free session can be claimed once your unlimited plan runs out. If you have a limited or pay as you go plan, the free session can be directly claimed.
What if I am not satisfied with Mentally Linked?
If you are not satisfied with mentally linked, please contact customer service number within 10 days if you are on a monthly plan or within 2 months if you are on a yearly plan to get a refund for that month or year that you paid for. If you are on a pay as you go plan, contact customer service within 10 days of your last session and you will be refunded for all sessions within the past 30 days and all money in your account will be transferred back to your credit card.
